The area of the EWCA as defined in our constitution is that land enclosed by a line drawn northward on the centreline of highway 400, then westward along the centreline of Rutherford Road, then northward along the centreline of Weston Road, then westward along the centreline of Major Mackenzie Drive, then southward along the centreline of Pine Valley drive, and then eastward along the centreline of Steeles Avenue West to the point of origin. The defined area shall exclude Clubhouse Road, Pinevalley Crescent, Green Avenue, Fennyrose crescent, Meadowland Court, Sugarbush Court, and Golf Avenue as these roads are currently represented by Pinewood Estates Ratepayers' Association.
